Prof. Thomas Hellwig
Thomas Hellwig has spent 15 years inside the rooms where senior executives make their hardest calls – as coach, consultant, and programme designer for leaders across banking, automotive, pharma, and beyond. His rare combination of organizational behavior expertise and deep psychological training gives him the tools to address what most leadership programmes won’t: The invisible dynamics of team performance, culture, and executive resilience under pressure
He is an adjunct professor for Organizational Behavior at INSEAD. He works as an executive coach, researcher and independent consultant. He is an experienced teacher and programme director, designing learning journeys for senior executive from a wide range of different companies and sectors.
He brings along a strong educational background with a double degree as a medical doctor and a doctorate in psychotherapy as well as a business degree (MBA from INSEAD). Thomas has been associated with INSEAD for more than 15 years. He regularly teaches in the MBA, open enrolment and company specific programmes. He covers many different topics of leadership and organizational behavior. His special interests are in the areas of executive teams, leading change, organizational culture and executive health & stress.

Adrian Johnson doesn’t just teach digital transformation – he’s built companies through it, co-founding his first tech venture in 1993 and continuing to develop next-generation EdTech products today. Antonio Fatas has advised the IMF, the OECD, and the World Bank on fiscal policy and business cycles, giving him a practitioner’s read on the forces shaping the global economic environment. As the Portuguese Council Chaired Professor of European Studies at INSEAD and a Research Fellow at CEPR London, he translates macroeconomic complexity into the strategic clarity that senior leaders need to make confident decisions in volatile markets.
